Why the f*ck should you listen to me?
In 2020, just before graduating college, my parents lost their home to foreclosure, and I had to move in with my girlfriend’s family.
I had a commission-only job selling life insurance. Within the first 60 days, I didn't make a single penny. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I quit and immediately started looking for a new job.
I had a family member working at a real estate digital marketing company - but I had no marketing experience. So I went out and got the experience needed to apply to that job.
With only $300 left, I bought a Nikon D5300 and started a small marketing agency from scratch, driving around New Jersey doing photoshoots.
Within 3 months that turned into a full-blown marketing agency.
I still applied and got the job at the real estate marketing company. I worked for that company for 3 years. But during those 3 years (and don't tell my boss this), I discovered a love for short-form video, and I become focused more on the short-form content than the marketing job.
Between that time & April 2025, I grew my Instagram following from 3K to over 100K
In January 2024, I quit my job because I was making more (and having more fun) making content.
In my first full-year as a Creator, I earned six figures through digital product sales, brand deals, and coaching, and racked up over 25 million views—all while doing work I fucking loved.
Fast forward to today and I’m now doing this full-time, teaching fellow creatives how they too can make a full-time job out of content creation.
